AARNI Sprossenwände sind multifunktionale Trainingsgeräte für Körpergewichtstraining und Gymnastik in einer innovativen und stilvollen skandinavischen Form. Die Übungen an der Sprossenwand lassen sich leicht an verschiedene Kraftniveaus anpassen, da die Intensität des Trainings z.B. durch die Einstellung des Körperwinkels verändert werden kann.
Sprossenwände sind eine hervorragende Möglichkeit, die ganze Familie zu beschäftigen. Die Sprossenwand ist nicht nur ein großartiges Fitnessgerät für Erwachsene, sondern auch ein hervorragendes Trainingsgerät für Kinder, um ihre Beweglichkeit, Koordination, Balance und Kraft zu verbessern. Ganz zu schweigen von den endlosen Stunden Spaß, die sie der ganzen Familie bereiten können!
Durch den horizontalen Abstand des oberen Teils vom Rahmen ermöglichen AARNI Sprossenwände eine größere Vielfalt an Übungen als herkömmliche Sprossenwände und sind optimal für Klimmzüge und verschiedene Bauchmuskelübungen geeignet.
Ähnlich wie bei Powerlifting-Stangen sind die oberen Griffe der AARNI Sprossenwand 30 mm dick, und die runde Form der Sprossen und oberen Griffe sorgt für einen natürlichen und bequemen festen Griff. Genauere Informationen und Maße finden Sie unter “Zusätzliche Informationen”.
Um die Sprossenwände noch vielseitiger zu machen, können Sie sie mit Widerstandsbändern oder mit unseren ULPU Turnringen kombinieren. Dadurch können Sie eine größere Vielfalt an Übungen durchführen, von unterstützten Klimmzügen bis zum Rudern mit dem eigenen Körpergewicht. Für Kinder empfehlen wir die ULPU MINI Turnringe.
Der Rahmen der AARNI Sprossenwand ist aus nachhaltig beschafftem, verleimtem, massivem Birkenholz gefertigt. Die Sprossen sind aus massivem Birkenholz, und der obere Teil ist aus haltbarem Birkensperrholz gefertigt.
Sie können aus acht verschiedenen Farbvarianten der AARNI Sprossenwand wählen:

• weiß
• schwarz
• weiß – birke
• schwarz – birke
Die Birkenfarbe ist mit einem Klarlack behandelt.
AARNI Sprossenwände werden in Finnland entworfen und hergestellt. Sie wurden entwickelt, um einen aktiven Lebensstil zu unterstützen, ohne dabei Kompromisse bei Design und Nachhaltigkeit einzugehen. Patentiertes Originaldesign.
Die Sprossenwände werden durch zwei Trägerplatten an der Wand befestigt. Das Paket enthält Schrauben, die für die Montage der Sprossenwände an den gängigsten Arten von Betonwänden oder Holzständern hinter einer Gipskartonwand geeignet sind. Achten Sie bitte darauf, dass Sie Schrauben verwenden, die für Ihre Wände geeignet sind. FitWood empfiehlt immer, die Sprossenwände von einem Fachmann anbringen zu lassen, um eine ordnungsgemäße und sichere Montage zu gewährleisten.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass ein leichtes Biegen die Gelenke der Sprossenwände schont, wenn sie oft benutzt werden. Kinder sollten die Sprossenwände nur unter Aufsicht von Erwachsenen benutzen.

These were very pleasant to receive and assemble. The joints were precise, the finishings were smooth, and the fasteners supplied were recognizable as high quality. Only thing I need now is Fitwood to design a bench which pairs nicely with these stall bars to offer a basic incline and flat bench!

Habe mir während Covid eine Sprossenwand für’s Schlafzimmer (platzbedingt) gewunschen. Meine Freundin war erst mal dagegen, weil sie (Zitat) “unser Schlafzimmer nicht zu einem Turnsaal machen” wollte. Doch nun, nach dem Fitwood Kauf, sind wir uns einig, dass es auch geschmacklich gut passt. So kann man mit ein bisschen Tischler-Können die Sprossenwand durch eine weiße Aufhängung, auch zu einem Standing Desk umfunktionieren. Zum Gerät:
– Der Aufbau ist leich
– Die Verarbeitung ist äußerst stabil
– Die Klimmzugaufhängung hält meine 82kg auch bei ruckartigen Bewegungen aus
Alles in allem eine stabile Anschaffung, die gerade in kleiner dimensionierten Wohnungen ein gutes Heimtraining erlaubt, ohne dabei die Optik zu beschädigen.

I can recommend the wall bars 100%! I set up the wall bars in just under half an hour. The workmanship is great, the parts fit together perfectly, the screws are very difficult to screw in or my cordless screwdriver was too weak. Tip: I used my drill with the speed setting, then the screws simply went into the wood! Wall mounting was no problem in my case. The only disadvantage is the missing 4 holes on the 2 flat boards that have to be screwed to the wall, otherwise everything is very well prepared and self-explanatory. I don’t know of any better wall bars in use! (My weight is at least 96 kg)

Since the drill holes on the device for fixing it to the wall could be freely selected, after checking the wall, we were able to place the drill holes on the device for suspension and on the wall where they made sense. The screws and dowels supplied fit perfectly. We are happy and train every day.

Die Gestaltung der Sprossenwand ist angenehm unaufdringlich. Die weiße Farbe unterstreicht diese Eigenschaft, v.a. in einem relativ kleinen Kellerraum. Die Sprossen sind griffig, knacken zumindest jetzt nach einigen Tagen bei jeder Belastung. Der Zusammenbau wäre noch einfacher gewesen, wenn eine deutsche Gebrauchsanweisung beiliegen würde. Dann wüsste man auch sofort, dass zur Befestigung an der Wand zwar die Schrauben und Dübel beiliegen, die entsprechenden Löcher aber selbst gebohrt werden müssen. Wir gehen davon aus, dass wir jetzt täglich etwas für unsere Gesundheit tun werden.

Die Möglichkeit, Klimmzüge daheim zu machen und sie farblich gut zu integrieren, gab den Ausschlag für diese Sprossenwand. Wertigkeit/ Montage: Die hohe Wertigkeit schlägt sich in Passgenauigkeit und Qualität der verwendeten Holzarten nieder. Für die Montage der Sprossen ist ein Gummihammer sehr nützlich, da hier die Passgenauigkeit fast zu hoch ist. Für die Montage ist insbesondere für die unteren Schrauben die Wand genau auf verlegte Kabel etc. zu prüfen (wie meine Vorredner schon angedeutet haben), da in der Höhe Stromleitungen oft verlegt werden. Da die Sprossenwand auf dem Boden steht, verteilt sich die Zugkraft zusätzlich dahin, so dass die Wandschrauben entlastet werden. Ich hatte 10mm x 80mm Dübel 8mm x 120mm Schrauben verwendet und es sitzt richtig fest (tragende Wand, Standard-Mauerwerk). Funktion: Ich bin etwa 180cm groß und schwebe wenige cm über den Boden, wenn ich an der Klimmzugvorrichtung hänge – das ist für mich optimal. Bei einer Deckenhöhe von 245cm bleibt auch ausreichend Platz für den Kopf. Bei den Übungen bleibt die Sprossenwand sehr stabil. Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden.

This is the best product for home trainings for the whole family. Due to the Pandemie we were supposed to work and study from home for a month and this was the most used training accessory. I can only recommend it, although I write reviews only, if they are negative, so it took me almost six months to decide to write a review, but we are so happy with it each single day. The quality is outstanding, and it still looks perfect – the design is so well thought, with great functionality. My advice is when you are higher than 186cm to consider that it will not be so comfortable for all kind of exercises, but the standard for the height of the rooms in Germany is 250 cm, so still the product is the perfect height, up to the standards. The lowest bar is also on a perfect place and the paint(white) on the lowest and the highest seems to last forever. My recommendation for plastic wall plug is not the original, but the nylon spreizdübel SX(Fischer). These ones are good for vibrations and heavy use. The greatest support I had ever received, although the first delivery ended with reclamation, and again with a new delivery, but I am so happy and thankful to them for all the care and the perfect product, we have.

Die Sprossenwand macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Alle Fräsungen passen und sind sauber gearbeitet. Der weiße Lack ist rundum deckend aufgetragen, an manchen Stellen scheint die Holzmaserung durch. Der Zusammenbau war sehr einfach. Alle Teile sitzen fest und nichts knarzt.

Top: Schöne Optik/Haptik, sehr gute Verarbeitungsqualität. Passt sich harmonisch in ein ansonsten zum Wohnen genutztes Zimmer (kein ‘Folterkammereffekt’ wie bei den meisten Fitnessgeräten). Vielseitig nutzbar durch die verschiedenen Griff-Möglichkeiten. Flop: Untere Befestigungsschiene in moderneren (genormten) Bauten nicht nutzbar, da exakt auf Höhe von Steckdosen und Stromleitungen. Ich musste die Sprossenwand mit Winkeln an anderer Stelle unten befestigen. Montage erfordert viel Kraft, da es der Hersteller mit der Passgenauigkeit etwas zu ernst genommen hat, man muss zT die Streben, aber auch die Befestigungsbretter mit großem Kraftaufwand zusammenfügen. Montage und Aufbau zu zweit, und mit einem guten Gummihammer ist unbedingt empfohlen. Fazit: Wenn man die Sprossenwand mal montiert hat, ein sehr schönes, vielseitiges und optisch unaufdringliches Trainingsgerät. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Empfehlenswert!

Wir haben die Sprossenwand in der Farbe Weiß seit 5 Monaten. Wir haben einen Fitnessraum, der von mir und meiner Frau gemeinsam genutzt wird: Auf der einen Seite Training für echte Kerle und auf der anderen Seite geschmeidiges Yoga. Nachdem sich meine Frau lange gegen eine Sprossenwand gewehrt hat, ist sie heute total begeistert. Ich nutze die Sprossenwand im Rahmen meines TRX Trainings – meine Frau zum Stretching nach dem Yoga. Optisch ist die Wand ein absolutes Highlight und würde in der weißen Ausführung auch in jedes Wohnzimmer passen. Schade ist, dass die untere Querstrebe/Wandbefestigung bei uns die Steckdosenleiste verdeckt. Vielleicht hängen die Steckdosen in Schweden höher. Die Querstangen sind oval und liegen sehr gut in der Hand, die Lackierung ist samtweich und fasst sich sehr gut an. Die Sprossenwand ist qualitativ extrem gut verarbeitet, hier bekommt man Qualität UND Design. Manchmal kann weiß lackiertes Holz billig aussehen, hier sieht man angesichts der hochwertigen Verarbeitung, des hochwertigen Mattlackes und des edlen Weißtones sofort dass man sich in der höheren Preisliga bewegt. Ein Freund von uns hat sich die Fitwood Sprossenwand inzwischen in Schwarz gekauft für seinen Fitness- und Boxtrainingsraum, sieht mega gut aus!!
