Der M-ROLL 35 Foam Roller ist eine Rolle zur Selbstmassage. Foam Rolling ist ein effektives Mittel zum Aufwärmen oder zur Erholung nach einer Übung. Die Foam Roller können auch für viele verschiedene Workouts verwendet werden, zum Beispiel für Pilates.
Foam Rolling bieten zahlreiche gesundheitliche Vorteile. Es kann Muskelschmerzen und Muskelkater nach dem Training lindern, die Beweglichkeit erhöhen, Verletzungen vorbeugen, Rückenschmerzen lindern und Ihnen helfen, sich zu entspannen.
Der M-ROLL 35 Foam Roller besteht aus festen, formstabilen Polyethylen-Schaumstoffscheiben, die die Rolle für den dauerhaften und anspruchsvollen Einsatz geeignet machen. Die Enden des Foam Rollers sind mit Birkensperrholzscheiben aus nachhaltiger Forstwirtschaft abgedichtet. Die glatte Oberfläche der Rolle eignet sich hervorragend für Personen, die zum ersten Mal mit dem Foam Roller arbeiten. Die gleichmäßige Textur ist nicht zu intensiv für Anfänger, aber dennoch effektiv für Foam-Rolling-Routiniers.

I have been using the M-ROLL 35 Massage Roller for many years, as have clients at Bodystudio, many of whom have purchased one for their own home use. These FitWood rollers are superior to any others I have used because they are made of firmer material and beautifully crafted. They are worth every penny as they last a long time while also continuing to look like new. This smaller size is easy to use and store, for this reason I find most of our clients will order this M-ROLL 35.

This is a lifesaver. Getting a back massage with your own bodyweight is great. I really recommend this. I would have given 4,5/5 stars because of the high price, but since you can give only full stars I have to give 5.
