This Warranty applies to all products labeled by FitWood of Scandinavia ("FitWood") and manufactured by FitWood Ltd. FitWood offers to repair or replace, at its factory, any product or component found to be defective in materials or workmanship under the following terms:

Private Home Use: Two (2) years from the date of original purchase.

Semi Commercial and Commercial Use: One (1) year from the date of original purchase.

Second Chance Products: These items do not have a warranty.

Warranty Period

The warranty period starts on the purchase date as documented by your sales receipt or invoice.

Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

• Accidents, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or any modifications not performed by FitWood.
• Deterioration due to normal wear and tear.
• Failure to follow preventive maintenance guidelines outlined in the FitWood user manual.

Claims Process

To make a claim, please contact FitWood's customer service by emailing info@fitwood.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the claim process. You will be instructed to send the defective product or component, prepaid, and securely packaged, to FitWood’s factory in Finland or to an authorized service center. Please include your name, address, telephone number, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase in your package. FitWood will cover the return shipping costs unless the Warranty is found to be void. In the event that the Warranty is found to have been invalidated, then the costs of such investigation, repair and any associated shipping costs shall be borne by the claimant.

Non-Transferability

This Warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

Spare Parts

FitWood warrants any spare parts against defects for 180 days from the shipping date, whether obtained from FitWood directly or an authorized dealer.

Validity

These Warranty terms are effective as of May 2024. FitWood reserves the right to make changes to these terms.
