ALAVA balance board is an effective training tool for improving core stability, coordination, and balance. The board comes with a dense cork roller, which can also be used separately for massaging muscles or for Pilates and yoga exercises.

The level of difficulty can be adjusted: the harder the surface the board is balanced on, the faster it moves.

Returns
Returns are free for orders delivered within the European Union within 30 days of delivery. For orders delivered outside the EU, the customer pays the return shipping costs.
When an order delivered within the European Union is returned in full, the original shipping costs are also refunded. For orders delivered outside the EU, the original shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are not refunded for partial returns.
