Product description
ULPU gym rings offer multiple possibilities for developing strength and coordination. Due to their instability, gym rings are also an excellent tool for improving mobility and balance.
As a new and versatile addition to your fitness routine, gym rings are ideal for exercises such as bodyweight rows, triceps dips, and various abdominal workouts. They can also be used to add challenge to traditional bodyweight exercises like planks and lunges, or as an assistance in more advanced movements such as pistol squats.
In addition to being mounted to the ceiling, ULPU gym rings can be combined with our AARNI, TAIMI, or TAIMI MINI wall bars.
The straps are sold separately.
