Fitwood Credit is store credit you earn through our Credit System. Use it towards your next purchase in the FitWood online store.
Your credit becomes available 30 days after your order is fulfilled. Cancelled or refunded orders do not earn credit.
Your credit is valid for 365 days from the date it is issued.
Sign in to your customer account to view your available store credit.
The Credit System is for consumer purchases. Wholesale customers and B2B orders do not earn Fitwood Credit.
Credit is calculated from your order subtotal. Shipping is excluded. Orders under €400 earn 3%; orders €400–€799.99 earn 5%; orders €800–€1,299.99 earn 7%; orders €1,300 and over earn 10%.
